The short version
List things you actually own. Do not lie in a listing, do not manipulate bumps or votes, and do not use this place to distribute anything harmful. We review every listing by hand, we can remove one, and we will tell you why.
What this is
The Listing Space is a directory of Discord servers and bots. We show listings, and we run a review process to decide which ones go up. We are not affiliated with Discord Inc., and being listed here says nothing about what Discord thinks of you.
Your account
You sign in with Discord. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so do not hand it to anyone else. If your Discord account is terminated, your access here goes with it.
You must be old enough to use Discord — at least 13, and older in some countries.
Listing something
You may only submit a server or bot you own or are authorised to represent. We check this: for servers, sign-in tells us which ones you can manage; for bots, we check the application belongs to you.
What you write must describe the thing accurately. A listing that says one thing and delivers another is the most common reason we take one down.
The full content standards are in the listing rules, and they form part of these terms. In summary, a listing will be refused or removed if it involves illegal content, sexual content involving minors, harassment campaigns, malware or token stealers, scams, invite-gated advertising traps, or impersonation of another community.
Review
Every listing is opened by a person before it goes live. A reviewer joins the server or adds the bot to a test server and works through a checklist. That takes as long as it takes; there is no paid queue-skip.
We can approve, refuse, or remove a listing. A refusal comes with a reason. If you think we got it wrong, open a ticket in the support server and a different reviewer will look at it.
Bumping and votes
Bumping moves your listing back to the top of its category, and the cooldown is the same for everyone. Votes come from real accounts.
Do not automate bumps, run alt accounts, buy votes, or otherwise manufacture position. We can see it, and the result is removal of the listing rather than a warning.
No paid placement
There is no promoted slot at the top of a category and no way to pay past a server with more votes. If that ever changes, anything paid will be labelled as paid, in the listing, where you can see it. That is a commitment, not a marketing line.
What you write stays yours
You keep ownership of your listing text, images and anything else you submit. By submitting it you give us permission to display it on the site and in the places the site is quoted — search results, link previews and our own Discord. You can withdraw that by deleting the listing.
You confirm you have the right to submit what you submit, including any artwork.
Suspension and removal
We can remove a listing or suspend an account that breaks these terms or the listing rules. Where it is a judgement call rather than something outright harmful, we will tell you what was wrong first and give you a chance to fix it.
You can delete your own listing at any time from your dashboard.
Availability
This is a small service run on one server. It will occasionally be down, and features will change. We do not promise uptime, and we provide the site as it is, without warranties.
We are not responsible for the servers and bots listed here. Reviewing a listing means a person checked it against a checklist at a point in time — it is not a guarantee about how a community behaves afterwards. Use your judgement about where you join and what you add to your server.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes
If these terms change materially, the date at the top changes and we will say so in the support server. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new version.
Contact
Use the contact page or open a ticket in the support server.
